Abstract :
Heat measurement is very important to heat supply system, it concerned with the economic interest of suppliers and demanders, also, it is a key link of system monitoring, controlling and dispatching. The accuracy of heat measurement directly related to making the best use of heat energy. In this paper, the heating measurement method was analyzed according to European Standard 1434 1997, 2007 and International Recommendation, Heatmeters, OIML R75, with the first law of thermodynamics, the limit of steady heat measurement model was analyzed, and the working condition of the two methods was presented, the measurement uncertainty of the two methods was evaluated with the guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement, finally, some proposals was offered for present metering method of district heat supply system.
