Abstract :
The re-entry properties of the magnetic amplifier core are considered. The changes of the hysteresis loop under different load conditions are described. The additional magnetizing current and the losses associated with those changes are examined. The underlying physics is discussed in terms of domain wall structure. This investigation applies to all operating conditions.<>
