Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the scrap copper recycling, the paper builds a three-stage logistics network including the scrap copper recovery nodes, reprocessing center and demanding nodes. At the same time, the paper constructs the decision model of recycle and distribution in reverse logistics, and the maneuverability of the model is verified by an example.
