Abstract :
An RC delay chain high-speed time-to-digital converter (TDC) is presented. It focuses on the detection of phase difference among radio-frequency range oscillators. Compared with other TDC solutions, the RC-delay chain can provide configurable granularity, higher resolution, as well as simplicity of implementation
