  • Abstract
This paper describes the mechanisms of biological immune system (BIS) and presents a application approach of artificial immune system (AIS) based on the mechanisms of biological immune system in control system. In organism adaptive immune system, Th-cells activate B-cells to produce antibodies , but Ts-cells suppress B-Cells to produce antibodies. According to the amount of inbreaking antigens, the biological immune system (BIS) can regulate these activating and suppressing automatically, maintain its balance and further ensure accomplishment of immune function. Based on the organism adaptive immunity mechanism, we developed a new artificial immune control algorithm and designed an artificial immune compensatory regulator (AI regulator). The regulator imitates the functions of Th-cells and Ts-cells in immune system. The simulation result shows that AI regulator can improve system robustness and noise-proof feature effectively
