Abstract :
Diamond wire saw mainly used in stone exploiting and processing, it is also for maintenance and demolish of seabed components and other special fields along with the development of relative technology. Seabed pipeline is a very important device which for offshore oil and gas field´s exploit, produce and convey. Seabed pipeline damage occur one after another result from various reasons, the pipeline which is damage must be cut when in maintenance, it is difficult in cutting pipeline with common ways, so our task group develop technology about underwater diamond saw. The essay introduce underwater diamond saw´s constitute and work theory, structure of main device design, main parameters about hydraulic and power system. We have succeeded in cutting seabed pipeline experiment, according analysis recorded parameters, we get the relation about bead wire saw´s radial cutting force and feeding velocity, tangential cutting force and feeding velocity, wear resistance rate of bead wire and cutting velocity, wear resistance rate of bead wire and feeding velocity, and according cutting data adjust cutting parameters and control cutting process. Diamond wire saw can work below 60 meters´ shallow sea and in muddy water condition
