58 GHz technology and experimental link

Trends in military and civilian communication systems lead to the increasing use of millimeter wave frequencies. Among those the 60 GHz band is particularly interesting due to the atmospheric absorption (frequency reuse, discretion). Alcatel Telspace has studied millimeter waves technologies allowing the development of a new millimeter wave products generation.
