  • Abstract
    Second-order nonlinear-optical coefficients of undoped and MgO-doped near-stoichiometric LiNbO3 are measured at the fundamental wavelength of 1.31 mum. The values are found to be nearly same with those of congruent LiNbO3 within the experimental accuracy.
