  • Abstract
    This paper presents a monitoring system of online video, temperature, humidity based of wireless transceiver module and the microcontroller. The system is for food storage and temperature monitoring system made up of the four parts: the sensors which is installed in the food warehouse (video sensors, temperature sensors and humidity sensors), signal transmission, centralized monitoring and management control center and remote monitoring and management; This system complete the control of the DS18B20 wire digital temperature sensor and data conversion with the peripheral circuits and AT89S51 MCU, using a wireless transceiver built with the wireless transceiver module PTR2000 to complete the data transmission, with the serial communication between computers and the microcontroller to complete the control of human-computer interaction, establish the mathematical models of measurement and control system, to complete the auto-control and video surveillance of temperature and humidity.
