Abstract :
Effective cooperation between heterogeneous agents in internet is an important issue. This paper represents a proxy agent framework that enables other agents to cooperate well with each other. Xml is employed for the description of the task, ability and message content for its flexibility and standardization for data structure representation and information exchange in internet. With the proxy agent as an arbiter, a static game model is proposed to represent agents´ rationality and matching mechanism of agents is provided.
