  • Abstract
    Features extraction and choice is the key step in Infrared Image Target Recognition, whose process result will have a direct affection on the rate of recognition. In this paper, the method of features extraction for infrared image based on image moment is mainly investigated, and the result of the experimental analysis is very good.
