Abstract :
A narrow linewidth, widely tunable, fast-data-acquisition injection-seeded THz-wave parametric generator (is-TPG) was developed. It is a powerful source for practical applications in the THz-wave regime. Wavelength-modulated THz-wave spectroscopy is developing based on this is-TPG.
