Abstract :
With the view of emergency system optimization, this paper considers the resource requirements, emergency rescue time of emergency demand points in emergency response systems and total system cost, set up a model for a emergency response system base on a partial differential equation, and it can be solved by iteration algorithm with central difference scheme. Numerical examples show that the proposed model and algorithm can solve the target location problem for optimizing the emergency response system.
