  • Abstract
A new DSC system that based on the STM32F4 MCU and CPLD is designed in this paper, the STM32F4 mainly takes on the data operation, and the CPLD generate the PWM signals based on the data calculated by the MCU part. the duty cycle of the PWM signal is computed baed on the input Shaft-angle, after calculation and the PWM signal´s production, the Full-bridge will be controlled to creat the modulation. then the synchronous motor will be drived by the drive wave to work. the sine part of the modulate wave is calculated by checking the tables saving the sine value, so the operation is simple and get a better real-time performance. above all, this method has the advantages of great efficiency, lower heat and cheap cost over others and it has been successfully used in the antiaircraft gun servo control system. It also provides a new method for other DSC systems.
