Abstract :
The circle detection of an image is a common problem in machine vision. In industrial manufacturing, the circular targets are needed to be identified precisely such as identifying the circuit welding holes. Circular Hough gradient transform is the most common method of circle detection, and a rapid algorithm has been implemented in Opencv2. But the error detecting results will be appeared in our concentric circles detecting project. According to the analysis, a modified algorithm is got which is more robust. The experiments are shown that the amendment can be used in the CHT algorithm of opencv2.
