Abstract :
In this paper, a new watermarking scheme for images based on human visual system (HVS) and singular value decomposition (SVD) in the wavelet domain is proposed, which has some virtues as follows: (1) owing to discrete wavelet transform (DWT), the scheme has good robustness, especially for JPEG2000 compression. (2) The algorithm uses the HVS characteristics, so as to decrease the visual distortion of the watermarked images. (3) For the sake of resisting geometrical attacks, this paper uses the SVD technique. (4) Logistic-map is used in order to enhance the security of the scheme. Experiment results have shown that the new watermarking scheme has excellent qualities in terms of robustness, security and imperceptibility
