Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In view of the mechanization degree of miscellaneous crops harvest is in bad situation at present, 4GL-1.80 multi-purpose miscellaneous crops harvester is designed . The results of the field test and the productivity experiment show that the average velocity is 1.0~1.2 m/s, the transportation tape speed is 2.09 m/s, cutting height is 45 mm, the average oil consumption is 1.37kg/hm2, harvest quality is stable, harvest process is smooth, the phenomenon of entrapment and stoppage for the header does not exist, and with the crops harvesting the strip shape is to be set neatly, lay angle is 105deg, the oil consumption is low. The miscellaneous crops harvester is suitable for applying in level land, mountain and hills area.
