Abstract :
This paper presents a neural network with a fast global optimization algorithm and its application in the data fusion. This neural network is based on the global property of the genetic algorithm and the high speed property of the expectation maximization (EM) algorithm. Simulation results show the this neural network is of robustness in the data fusion
