Abstract
This work presented the design and analysis of a wide-band low noise transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with broader bandwidth for fiber optic communication. Related formulae for the TIA are derived. The circuit is simulated in TSMC 0.25μm process. Additional program is compiled to simulate the circuit gain and phase frequency responses.
