Abstract :
The chirp-scaling algorithm (CSA) performs better than the range-Doppler algorithm (RDA) under conditions of deep squint angle and large imaging scenes by avoiding interpolation. For SAR imaging, the autofocus algorithm is always necessary, but most of the current autofocus algorithms are based on RDA. In order to make CSA more practical, this paper presents an approach to combine the autofocus algorithm with CSA. This paper also presents a method to combine the motion compensation by motion sensors with CSA. This method is suitable for high resolution airborne SAR
