Abstract :
Information query is an important basic function in MIS. Nowadays cell phones are rapidly growing popularity, thus in order to develop MIS applications, it is very significant to research the way of using messages to the query of MIS system. A design method about universal MIS query system which is based on SMS is introduced in this paper.
