Abstract :
This paper presents performance evaluations of a high-frequency (100 kHz) carrier switched-mode PWM power conversion amplifier system for precise high-speed current tracking control of electromagnetic circuit. Its computer-aided analysis and some design considerations are described on the basis of state-space averaging analysis and model matching method. The proposed power conditioning system technology is more acceptable for the current-regulated power supply of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines, which requires analog-oriented unique highly-regulated power electronic circuit systems for the generation of magnetic gradient fields
