Abstract :
A 300nW wideband RF detector with 1mV sensitivity, remote data entry of on-time, high noise immunity and a low resistance NPN output transistor on a 3.7×3.7mm IC for activation of battery-powered biomedical implantable telemetry systems, will be described.
