Abstract :
The voice-mailbox is a combination product of computer, communication and voice processing. Compared with ordinary telephone service, it has the virtues of flexibility, utility and economy. Firstly the article introduces the main framework of the system. Then the structure of the system hardware and software is analyzed. Then several key technical problems in the realization of the system are discussed in depth. The voice-mailbox system designed in the article not only has the features of high compression rate and relatively distinct voice quality but also has good effect
