Abstract :
For a long time, there are obstacles in data exchange belong the popular digital mapping software in our country, it bring a huge inconvenience for the user. The South CASS and MAPSXJV are common digital mapping software used by mapping departments and land management sector. We will deeply discuss and analyze the characteristics between MAPSXUV graphic format and South CASS standard format. Also we will analysis and research the problem of arcs conversion in data exchange.
