Abstract :
A frequency synthesizer is designed based on the MB15E07 chip in this paper, which is used in a shift frequency repeater channel from 900MHz to 1500MHz. After the analysis of the performance characteristic of MB15E07 chip and the suppression of phase noise, the practical measure results of the frequency synthesizer are given.
