Abstract
A discussion is given on the question how to model organizations to better understand where changes are needed, and which changes will be effective. The author presents a dynamic, object-oriented modelling technique that can be shown to meet the main requirements for modelling and evaluating the structure of an organization, both as it is now and as it could be after changes have been implemented
