Abstract :
In this paper information Entropy theory was introduced to the research on waste discharge evaluating index of macro-level circulation economic system, which is independent from entropy solutions reduction of indicator system. On this basis, uncertainty measurement theory is applied to comprehensive evaluation of waste discharge, information entropy algorithm to determine the weight of evaluation is used and human factors is out of the possibility of interference in order to get more accurate identification results.
