Abstract :
This paper presents a novel table-based nonlinear behavioural model extracted directly from large-signal time-domain measurements. The model has been verified on several types of power devices and can accurately predict the behaviours of devices under large-signal CW excitations-the model is implemented in Agilent ADS.
