Abstract :
This report will cover polysilicon distributed passive networks used in a monolithic power spectrum centroid detector exhibiting < 2% error and nonlinearity over a 100Hz to 10kHz signal band, -3dB to 0dB input SNR and <0.1%/° C overall temperature sensitivity.
