Abstract :
In the logistics industry, managing goods and dispatching vehicles property have been realized as very important fields. We think safety of the transportation has been neglected, especially weather factor and road factor. Considering this problem, in this paper we presented a system prototype which can gather weather and road condition and use these information to help dispatch vehicles to improve safety of transportation. This prototype also can receive message from vehicle terminals and analyze discrepancies between actual data and planned data, furthermore, it can be used to revise the planned data.
