Abstract :
It is now widely recognized that the costs of these externalities must be internalized and paid for by the aviation industry and its users, therefore, there is a need to analyze the relations of aircraft classification, its costs, include direct and indirect, and its passagers. In this paper, the model of aircraft economic classification is set up based on the theory of support vector machine(SVM) according to the principle of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)which named as "user paid for by himself". Then, in China, the model is used in the practice, the testing result is able to reflect out accurately characteristics of the data, and closely with the value of passenger enjoyed services.
