Abstract :
The Lucia laser will deliver a 100 Joules-10 ns-10 Hz pulse train from ceramic/crystal Yb:YAG using 4400 QCW diode laser bars (440 Joules). Petwatt-class laser chain scheme using Lucia as a pump source is described.
