Abstract :
Scientific and rational evaluation results depend on the indicators. Therefore, selecting the indicators which accorded with the characteristics of the target becomes the key for establishing the evaluation model. In this study, Delphi method was used to select the indicators. The results showed that the selected indicators are suitable for evaluating the safety of the navigation environment in Three Gorges Reservoir Areas.
