Abstract :
Noise elimination is an important problem for biomedical signals like as mitral valve Doppler signals. In this work, mitral valve Doppler signal noise elimination realized with IIR filter. 4dB noise added mitral valve signal noise elimination used with 3th and 6th degree of IIR filters. IIR filter parameters are designed with artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm.
