Abstract :
In this paper a new design method is described for a swept frequency interferometer. A system of diagnosis for plasma electron density has been designed based on the condition Δf · τ = 1. A simulation has been made for the RF circuit. The simulation results validate the analysis of the theory of swept-frequency interferometer system.
