Abstract
Roughly half of all organization communication is dyadic, and new media will offer new possibilities for dyadic communication. Yet relatively little research has been done on differences between business pairs and larger groups or on the technology support needs of organizational dyads. The paper discusses the importance of dyadic organization communication and the kinds of research that will be needed to support it
