Abstract :
Real estate development has been regarded as a kind of economic issue of high investment, high profit, and high risk. Nowadays, more and more attention has bee paid on online marketing. With the rapid development of residential real estate market, real estate electronic marketing has been widely applied, and its efficiency evaluation has been an important task in the process of project. New quantitative model of evaluating the online marketing of a real estate project has been proposed in this article. In this paper, we describe a fuzzy evaluation method for residential real estate electronic marketing based on network DEA which uses linguistic variables and respective fuzzy numbers to evaluate the factors. The electronic marketing can be divided into several connected section. A major advantage of the method is that it allows experts and engineers to express their opinions on online marketing efficiency evaluation in linguistic variables rather than crisp values. An illustration is presented to demonstrate the application of the method in efficiency evaluation. The research demonstrates that the method is of an application value in the efficiency evaluation for the process of residential real estate electronic marketing.
