Abstract :
A precise MOS instrumentation amplifier, which utilizes differential switched capacitor techniques to achieve a Vosof 1mV, CMRR of 120dB and PSRR of 95dB, will be described. Galn accuracy is 0.15%, nonlinearity is 0.01% and RTI noise is 3μV in a 500kHz bandwidth.
