Abstract :
In this paper, dead band error of YK3110 hobbing machine axial feed system is analyzed by using the Finite Element Method. Focused on the relationship between axial feed system´s workbench location and dead band error, the analysis shows that the variation of the dead band error. Through the stiffness analysis of axial feed system, verify the rationality of the system dead band error changes. This analysis provides a theoretical basis for design and improvement of hobbing machine feed system.
