Abstract :
Service industry plays an important role in countries´ GDP, Service innovation research has become a new hotspot in innovation research. Service innovation has various forms and that process innovation plays a key role in service innovation. The paper describes the characteristics of service innovation in theory, analyzes the factors which affecting the process of service innovation, and puts forward the strategy and corresponding implementer method.
