Abstract :
Flash memories are most popular nonvolatile, low cost and high density memories. However, one of problems in the flash memory is large consuming energy for writing the data. Then, we proposed a novel coding algorithm for reduction of the consuming energy and confirmed the effect of the algorithm with the numerical simulations.
