Abstract :
The paper introduced the advantages of laser hermetic sealing technology. Analyzed influential factors and methods in improving welding quality. By means of our experiments, proved the feasibility of laser hermetic sealing of microwave aluminum packages, discussed the causes of pores and cracks during the welding process. The method is useful to improve the reliability of the microwave products.
