Abstract :
MOA is very important in power system. Therefore, on-line monitoring of MOA becomes necessary. Forever because of influence of location and, distributing mode of MOA, the voltage of two other phases affect single MOA by interphase interference, and this will surely influence the monitoring accuracy of MOA´s resistive leakage current. In this paper, we analyze double CT method to eliminate this influence. And we advance the principle of synchronous sampling on multi-lower computer system. Based on these methods, we develop the bus-module on-line leakage current monitoring of MOA. And it has already been successfully used in the project.
