Abstract :
In this paper, average ambiguity functions of a random binary phase coded coherent pulse train are given. Combining random signal radar with pulse Doppler radar, a random binary phase-coded pulse compression radar (RBPCPCR) is established with high ratio of compression, high resolution and excellent anti-jamming performance. This radar also allows medium and long range unambiguous detection of both range and velocity
