Abstract
In the digital multimedia era, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the enormous amount of the video data. To detect the effect of frame-deletion, which is one of the common and simple forgery methods in video streams, a new approach based on motion-compensated edge artifact is proposed in this paper. It introduces the factor of motion-compensated edge artifact to measure the changes of correlation between adjacent frames, and can locate the break point of frame-deletion in the stream. Experimental results show that our approach achieves promising effect in video forgery detection.
