Abstract :
This paper presents a tank truck conveying management system based on the smart cards. It is mainly to introduce the structure of this system and the design of the hard core which is the conveying record meter (CRM): an application system of single chip microprocessor (SCM) with smart card interface, sensor interface, RS 232 interface, timekeeping unit and so on. The host management system (HMS) is also described which is developed with C/C++ language based on the DLL components of smart card read/write device. The advantages and disadvantages of this system are mentioned as well as its future improvements.
