Abstract
Summary form only given. The authors discuss the continuing need for quality education in management training. They point out some of the pitfalls that have evolved in the education market. A unique approach is discussed on how management requires quality education that is specific to its needs. This approach focuses on a recent international training project that was developed to reintroduce project management in a large state-run company in eastern Europe. This case study of project management training points out several aspects of how customized training was developed and proven to be the most effective in producing positive results
