Abstract :
This report will discuss a self-contained monolithic circuit, employing alternating positive and negative gain channels controlled by a voltage comparator with 200μV hysteresis. Included are 3MHz, 20V/μs switchable opamps. Gain options are adjusted by laser-wafer trimming and selected by pin strapping.
