Abstract :
This paper presents the key points of implementing a road monitoring and traffic control system which in traffic monitoring command system. Road monitoring and traffic control system can be divided into road traffic surveillance and traffic control sub-system. It can direct impact on the efficiency of traffic monitoring command system. The high cost-effective of the road monitoring and traffic control system which discussed by this article, and have a wide application prospect.
